About Dance Yourself Free
At Dance Yourself Free, we believe everyone should feel confident, welcome and free to dance!
We provide fun, uplifting dance classes and experiences for people of all abilities across Essex and London. From hen party dance classes and birthday celebrations to corporate events, festivals and wedding first dance lessons, every session is designed to bring people together through music, movement and laughter.
Alongside private bookings, we also run welcoming weekly dance classes including line dancing and burlesque inspired dance and fitness. We also host monthly themed dance and drinks nights in Rayleigh and Leigh-on-Sea where people can connect, let loose and enjoy dancing in a relaxed atmosphere.
